I'm seeking advice for a modal tooltip extension that is compatible with:
1) Joomla 5
2) The JoomlArt T4 Templating System
3) Responsive & Disability Compliant
I know that might be a bit of a big ask, but they're all necessary for this particular build.
The site is for an organisation assisting parents in procuring an autism diagnosis for their child(ren), and so due to the huge amount of comorbidity with the condition it's expected that we'll have a larger than average percentage of readers using accessibility features in their browsers.

I've looked for tooltip extensions before in the past, but have found them all mostly wanting in one area or another. I do admit however that it's been a few years since I've researched them extensively.
Does anyone have thoughts? A favourite tooltip extension?
